Basileus BFW Shaft
Developed from a decade of accumulated data, the Basileus BFW Shaft is designed as a complementary fairwary wood (FW) shaft to the renowned TFW. It uses optimized AB-MAP positioning based on user needs, offering a firm feel for lighter-weight users and promoting speed and flex for heavier-weight users. This FW-specific design aims to provide an optimal solution for a wider range of golfers.
With 10 years of accumulated user data, this shaft is designed to easily match various driver shafts. The BFW aims to deepen your fairway wood choices.
Concept
The BFW utilizes an AB-MAP flow system with different classifications based on weight: the lightweight 45 series is a "B", the mid-weight 55 series is a "B/D boundary type", and the mid to heavy 65/75/85 series are "A/C boundary types." This positioning system, tailored to target users by weight, aims to expand the possibilities for golfers to refine their fairway woods into effective tools.
Additionally, a key feature is the extended shaft cutting range at the tip, up to a maximum of 2.5 inches, providing greater adjustment flexibility for club fitters. To facilitate this, the shaft is designed with a no-cut length of 45 inches, which is one inch longer than Basileus's usual standard for no-cut shafts. Its adaptable functionality, designed to match various other shafts, and a comprehensive lineup make it a reliable choice that can address specific golfer preferences.
