SEVEN SC IRONS will BACK IN STOCK on December 25, 2022!
Introducing The All-New Seven SC FULL CNC Iron!
---
In the SEVEN line up of full CNC irons we have:
MB - least forgiving, purest feel, most workable, most compact, traditional lofts and the highest CG locations
CB - player CB that is still workable, designed to still feel mishits outside of the center of the clubface. provides the ultimate if forgiveness and feedback in a compact players design with traditional lofts and high CG locations.
SC - More forgiving, straighter, softer over the entire clubface and produced with a compact size with strong lofts. The pitching wedge is 44* instead of 47*. The SC iron features low CG locations, especially for it, 's smaller size.
MCB - The largest and widest in the line up yet still with nearly no offset. Designed to feel soft over the entire face and to produce straight and accurate shots. It is not considered game improvement and is still rated as a semi to mid size forged players cavity.

The Seven SC is a groundbreaking new design that features the best golf-specific milling technology Japan has to offer. We can produce more distance, tighter accuracy with better spin rates.
Each iron head has been carefully designed in NX CAD to achieve the best performance of any single piece forged muscle back iron.

Due to the production method and time, it takes to produce a unique set of irons availability is severely limited, and a waitlist may occur.
Why are full CNC heads so expensive? Its because they require the CNC milling machines and their operator many hours to produce each every single head. Full CNC also requires expert staff who are actual engineers in CAD, CAM, and CNC Milling using the latest machines and tools. The setup process is expensive, yet the quality on another level. The tolerance is chosen while the shape and every curve are intentional to place the center of gravity in optimal locations which produce a stronger ball flight, faster ball speeds, and improved spin rates, all details are superior to traditional cast and forged golf clubs.
The Seven SC model cost $230 per each head to make at the factory whereas other irons on the market could cost anywhere from $6.00 - $55 to make. That is why in all areas, SEVEN full CNC irons reign supreme against all other single piece forged irons.Â
SHAPE - Every edge, angle, and the curve is precise; the toe is perfect while the neck transition flows flawlessly which no handmade club can replicate. The form is also a vital aspect of weight distribution and CG location.

PROGRESSIVE & INTENTIONAL DESIGN - progressive hosel lengths, CG heights, and depth locations, specs, with each clubhead designed separately to flow perfectly to the next club. Many brands are not aware of their CG locations and do not implement progressive attributes to fine-tune the performance characteristics of a club.
DESIGN TECHNOLOGY - By using NX CAD software, we can design the ultimate in performance and precision manufacturing. Companies that use NX CAD are - Tesla, Nissan, Mercedes, Space X, Apple, and alike. Our cam technology allows us to keep a database of the best current and vintage club shapes as a reference to build upon to create the perfect look at all angles.
JAPAN MANUFACTURING - We utilize DMG Mori Seiko CNC machines in both 3 & 5 Axis to produce our irons. Our team of dedicated engineers and operators have the highest degree and experience in golf-specific CNC milling. Japanese manufacturing and staff using JIS grade materials and finishing.
The CG's are progressive, the hosel lengths on most models are, the shapes, curves, and all details are intentional. Most handmade clubs are not sufficiently deliberate. Many brands need to have their CG locations measured to be found, meaning they are not designed with a specific purpose. The CG's height, depth, and location in relation to the weight positioning is everything, and without full CNC, it's impossible to tick every box.
Other brands are not doing full CNC due merely to cost and the abilities to the factory they are using. Everything SEVEN is made in Japan. I hope this info gives you a broad overview of why full CNC matters. In basic, It allows for fully controlled manufacturing and design achievements not possible with other methods.
