Classified as a "D" type on the AB map, the Basileus δ II is designed with a suppressed flex in the tip and mid-sections. This is intended to enhance its stability against the strong wrist turn often seen in technical hitters, promoting a solid impact. The C/B value, an indicator of handle-to-mid flex, is 0.53 (60/S), suggesting a dynamic feel in this area.

The T/C value, which relates to the ease of squaring the clubface, is a firm 0.66 (60/S), indicating a setup that aims to minimize concerns about shots going left. The core concept behind the Basileus δ II is a tenacious handle flex that aligns with a technical hitter's wrist work, combined with a low-torque design for stable clubhead behavior.
