‘Want to hit a bit lower penetrating shot for long range’. In a response to such desire, Iron type Hybrid provide the desired penetrating shot with a bit higher than long iron and a bit flatter trajectory than a wood-type hybrid. it provides reassurance and forgiveness with the best performance.

Face・Shape

While the head shape is compact and iron-like, achieved the deeper CG (center 0f gravity) by allocating the volume at bottom of the back face and moderate sole-width.

Entire parts of the body are coated by black IP to look compact and sharp, whited line highlighted the bottom of the face assist squaring the face at address.

The body design that is carefully crafted every detail and its straight neckline bring the confidence for taking closer to the target with a controlled and straighter shot.

Distance・Trajectory

Employed the L-cup face made of C455 Maraging Steel, larger sweet area provide the grater forgiveness, then it helps to reduce ball curving and distance loss on mishit shot.

Achieved higher MOI (moment of inertia) for an iron-like head, it brings a penetrating flight to the shot, its lower launching and straight trajectory should help the golfers who tend to hit high launch and want to make it lower.

Hitting feel・Adjustment function

Body-frame cast from SUS304 softer Stainless-Steel enables neck to be bendable for adjusting the loft and lie angle,

A marking of the loft and club number is used in digital font patterns, GXD HYBRID-i can be personalized with inking the original number depending on the club setting and changing the loft angle.

- Three adjustable weight screws are mounted on the back of the sole (3g x 2) and toe (5g x 1), it is also changeable for adjusting the head weight and club balance.
