XXIO 14+ Fairway Wood

The XXIO 14+ Fairway Wood is designed for the golfer who prefers a strong, firm swing and wants to achieve higher trajectories and greater distance. This club is engineered to be slightly more demanding than the standard XXIO 14, catering to players with slightly higher swing speeds. The club is built around technologies aimed at high ball speed, high launch, and stability, allowing golfers to aim aggressively.

Key Design Features:

New CANNON SOLE * This design incorporates a deep, hollow area beneath the clubface, which allows the face to flex more efficiently.

The sole's increased thickness toward the toe and heel helps in achieving a low center of gravity.

Edge Cup Face * The cup face structure features enhanced rigidity around the flange area. This strengthens the face perimeter, which works with the crown's deflection to significantly improve initial ball speed.

ActivWing * This aerodynamic feature has been enhanced by positioning the steps higher and closer to the edges of the clubhead. This improvement stabilizes the clubhead during the downswing, leading to more consistent contact on the sweet spot.

The combination of the ActivWing and the CANNON SOLE's weighting helps maintain a high MOI (Moment of Inertia) while achieving a low center of gravity, which contributes to stable shots.

High Grip Milled Pattern * A fine laser-milled pattern is applied to the heel and toe of the clubface. This is intended to increase friction, helping to manage spin and minimize directional loss on off-center strikes, even in damp conditions.

The XXIO 14+ Fairway Wood is available in #3, #4, #5, and #7 lofts. It is fitted with the SPEEDER NX DST for XXIO Carbon Shaft and a Tour Velvet Rubber 360 Grip.
