The Odyssey Ai-ONE Square 2 Square Max Stripe is distinguished by its prominent alignment aid set upon a large, high-stability mallet. Sharing the same "fan-like" profile as the Max 1, this head extends approximately 10.7cm from the face. This elongated shape allows for an exceptionally long, thick white stripe across the top, designed to provide a clear visual guide for aiming and face alignment.

Structurally, this is the most stable model in the Square 2 Square lineup, boasting the highest Moment of Inertia (MOI) and deepest center of gravity. It utilizes the series' signature "Toe Up" balance, achieved by mounting the shaft at the center of gravity with a forward lean. This configuration minimizes torque, making the head resistant to twisting and discouraging the stroke from drifting inside or outside the target line.

The sole features specific elongated weights (approximately 10g in both the heel and toe), differing from the circular weights found on other Ai-ONE models. This weighting works with the shaft position to promote an automatic "straight-back, straight-through" path and a natural forward press at address.

The face is equipped with the Ai-ONE insert to normalize ball speed on off-center hits. Due to the solid construction of this large mallet, it does not include the polycarbonate window found on the #7 or Jailbird models. The putter is fitted with the Stroke Lab 90 steel shaft, which includes a counterweight to smooth out the stroke tempo.
