The Odyssey Ai-ONE Square 2 Square Jailbird Putter brings the "Toe Up" balance concept to the popular Jailbird mallet shape. Designed to minimize face rotation, this model aims to simplify the putting stroke by helping the face remain square to the path naturally.

The stability of this putter comes from a specific combination of shaft placement and weighting. The shaft is installed with a 3.3-degree forward lean directly in line with the head's center of gravity (onset). To complement this, the sole features unequal weighting, with a heavier 25g weight in the heel and a lighter 5g weight in the toe. This configuration encourages a natural forward press at address and reduces resistance during the takeaway, facilitating a "straight-back, straight-through" motion.

The face features the Ai-ONE insert, which uses an AI-designed contour on the aluminum backer to promote consistent ball speeds, even on off-center strikes. A polycarbonate window on the back of the head allows these contours to be viewed.

Completing the setup is the Stroke Lab 90 shaft. This all-steel shaft keeps the weight in the 90-gram range but is designed with lower torque to control the heavier head. A counterweight in the handle end works with the head weight to increase the putter's overall inertia, supporting a smooth and consistent tempo.
