The Odyssey Ai-ONE Square 2 Square Double Wide applies the series' unique "Toe Up" balance to a wider blade profile. This model features a longer face length than a standard Double Wide and a curved sole, offering a different look while maintaining the goal of a square-to-path stroke.

Unlike the mallet versions in this line, the Double Wide is designed with a loft of 5.3 degrees (compared to 6.3 degrees on the other models) and a specific weighting configuration. The sole weights are set with approximately 15g in the heel and 5g in the toe. When combined with the center-shafted design and a 3.3-degree forward shaft lean, this setup promotes a natural forward press and helps the face remain square throughout the putting motion without manual rotation.

The putter incorporates the Ai-ONE insert, which features an AI-designed variable thickness pattern on the aluminum backer. This design helps minimize ball speed loss on off-center hits, supporting consistent distance control. The intricate contours of the insert are visible through a polycarbonate window on the back of the head.

The assembly is paired with the Stroke Lab 90 shaft. This steel shaft is lightweight (in the 90g range) yet designed with low torque to stabilize the head. A counterweight located in the grip end adds to the overall inertia, helping to smooth out the tempo of the stroke.
