Introducing Fourteen RM-α Wedge or Fourteen RM Alpha Wedge. A new category wedge RM-α designed for players aiming for singles.

To achieve a single HDCP, you don't need a super approach to achieve a high score like in the pro game, but you need to be able to pick up a high percentage of pars in simple lies and situations in order to score well as an amateur. The pro model is like a racing car, capable of producing great shots but with little tolerance for mistakes, and too difficult for amateurs. The RM-α is like a semi-automatic with paddle shifters in a car, and the sole design offers forgiveness for mistakes even in technique-oriented approach situations, increasing the probability of hitting par from a variety of lies. Just as the pro model is made to bring out the pro's technique, the amateur has a wedge that suits the amateur's technique, a wedge that should be used by aspiring players who are aiming for a single handicap in the future.

New High Spin Mirror Forged Face for stable spin performance even in rough terrain.

The new high-spin mirror forged face is a further evolution of the conventional high-spin mirror forged face manufacturing method, pursuing a groove shape that is just on the edge of the rules. The new face is designed to provide stable spin performance even on rough or rainy days.

New inverted taper blade design with evolved vertical blur-free performance

The back sole connection area has been narrowed down to the limit using a forging process to efficiently distribute the excess weight to the upper and lower surfaces, resulting in a further evolution of the club's non-blurring performance. The new inverted taper blade design provides stable spin performance even in the case of up and down hitting point blurring.

D-step blade design with evolved left-right blur-free performance

Further evolving the step blade used in the RM-4 tour wedge, the D-step blade design has more volume on the toe side of the back face. The D-Step blade design provides stable spin performance even when the left and right hitting points are blurred.

M-Sole for amateurs who want to improve

The new M sole, exclusive to RM-α, was developed by fusing the new universal sole of DJ-5, which pursues ease of use, and the H sole of RM-4, which has an established reputation among intermediate and advanced players. The sole shape has a gentle bumper portion on the leading edge side, which makes it easier to prevent rough misses, and the degree of the Bounce does not change much when the face is opened and closed, making it easier to hit shots using the technique.

58° bounce angle to choose from

The 58° has the same sole shape with three different bounce angles: high bounce (H), mid bounce (M), and low bounce (L) to accommodate the sand conditions in bunkers, grass conditions around greens, and the angle of incidence of each golfer's swing.
