The Baldo TT Utility GT Proto is a utility club crafted with a full titanium body and a forged DAT 55G semi-cup face. It's designed to help the ball launch forward with power.

Key Features

This club features a Booster Groove on the sole, near the face. Similar to a driver, this groove helps the face flex and rebound during impact, boosting ball speed. It also improves forgiveness on off-center hits, especially those struck lower on the face, to help prevent lost distance from excessive backspin.

You'll also notice a Pentagon Power Plate on the front of the sole. This helps lower the club's center of gravity and allows for weight adjustments. By changing the weight (optional plates range from 2g to 8g, sold separately), you can fine-tune your trajectory, whether you prefer a lower or higher ball flight. The aim here is a powerful feel that propels the ball forward more effectively than previous models.

Baldo has also put a lot of thought into the Impact Sound, creating a satisfying, crisp sound at impact that suggests both speed and power.

The Forged DAT55G Cup Face uses DAT55G material, and its precise forging process varies the heat treatment across different areas of the face. This helps expand the "sweet spot" for more consistent performance. The face is designed to absorb impact energy smoothly, leading to higher ball speeds. Plus, micro laser milling between the score lines helps maintain consistent spin.

Customization

The TT Utility GT Proto comes with an 8-position adjustable angle sleeve (Type 1.2), allowing you to adjust the loft by plus or minus 1.0 degree from the head's standard loft. This helps you dial in your preferred loft and lie angle.
