We ship Worldwide!!

You have your choice of shipping with Japan Post EMS Express Mail or UPS Worldwide Express.   You may see the exact shipping price in your shopping cart or the checkout page.  

Shipping Methods:

Japan Post EMS Express Mail Services is delivered to you by your postal service.  EMS provides fast, reliable shipment all tracked and insured with a delivery time of 2-4 days (Please note this may vary depending on location and local delivery service and does not include time if inspected by customs and duties office in your country).  

UPS Worldwide Express is delivered to you by UPS.  We recommend UPS for countries with a slow or unreliable postal service.  UPS will handle customs and duties for all shipment, then bill for any tax incurred.  

Once shipped the delivery time depends on your city.  Here are the approximate delivery time for UPS:

1 - 2 days:  Major Asia and North America:  China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, United 
State (Except: Hawai), Canada & etc. 

2 - 3 days:  Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Netherland, 
Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, United Arab Emirates, Macau, 
Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, India, Argentina, Australia, 
Brazil, Guam & etc. 

3 - 4 days:  Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia and etc. 

4 - 5 days:  Israel, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, 
Timor-Leste & etc. 

5 - 6 days:  Americal Samoa & etc.

7 - 8 days:  Fiji, New Caledonia & etc. 

8 - 9 days:  Solomon Island & etc.

Tracking of order:  Customers will receive all shipping and tracking details by email.  You will be provided everything you need to track your order shortly after it ships. 

Please note that occasionally your order may be split into more than one shipment depending on stock.  It may also ship from more than one location depending on which of our offices have stock on the items you ordered.  You will NOT incur any additional shipping charges if this happens.

Taxes and Customs:  Please note that sometimes your shipment may be held by customs for inspection which may delay the shipment.  These kind of delays are out of our control and we ask that you contact your local customs office or post office for details.

We do not charge taxes. We only charge for shipping cost.  Every country has its own import and tax laws and sometimes customers get charged tax for their shipments. TSG is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes levied on your purchases. Those charges are the responsibility of the customer and are charges from their local government not TSG.  If you have questions about taxes and customs please contact your local tax office in your country.

** Any and all fees, duties, or return shipping is the customers responsibitliy, if the shipment is denied, refused, or left unclaimed. **

Any shipment that is denied or returned to us as unclaimed will be considered a RETURN and be subject to our Return Policy.
