Yururi Satin Tataki Blade By Okamura

Tataki (Japanese ???: "pounded" or "hit into pieces"),^[1] also called tosa-mi,^[1] refers to two methods of preparing fish or meat in Japanese cuisine.

Yururi's third new release this week is the FORGED Tataki Blade which is essentially the 2010 flat back with a plated satin finish,  adjusted stamping and hand ground by Master Okamura himself.

This sole players MB with a compact size and very thin topline the original design shape has earned years of top praise as one of Japans best muscle backs.  This new evolved version in a Grain Satin Finish and new look takes a classic to the next level.
