Mitsubishi Rayon Tensei CK Pro White Shaft
Introducing Mitsubishi Tensei CK PRO Series.
The TENSEI⢠CK Series Pro White profile modernizes MCA GOLFâs tour-proven, tip-stiff low launch profile.
TENSEI⢠CK Pro White expands the TENSEI⢠CK Series â which features a multi-material design that incorporates more performance-oriented materials than weâve ever used in a shaft. Building off of the classic tip-stiff, low-launch bend profile preferred by stronger players the TENSEI⢠CK Pro White incorporates the same Carbon Fiber/DuPont⢠Kevlar® (CK) weave in the butt-section as the CK Pro Blue â providing enhanced stability and maximum feel. This series also incorporates High Modulus, premium 40-Ton prepreg throughout the shaft. A Boron-reinforced tip-section delivers lower torque, and promotes tour preferred control and stability.
The new shaft brand is inspired by the Japanese word âTenseiâ â which means âtransformationâ in English. While a typical shaft series includes three-to-six materials, the TENSEI⢠CK Series combines 11 different prepreg materials, including our Low Resin Content (L.R.C.) Prepreg, ultra-thin prepreg and for the first time a Carbon Fiber/DuPont⢠Kevlar® weave featuring Mitsubishi Chemical carbon fiber â refining MCA GOLFâs tour-proven, classic smooth bend profile, taking it to an entirely new level.
DuPont⢠Kevlar® is a trademark or registered trademark of E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Company
A Carbon Fiber/DuPont⢠Kevlar® (CK) woven material; featuring Mitsubishi Chemical carbon fiber has been strategically placed under the hands to increase the strength and stability in the butt-section of the shaft in addition to providing superior feel and feedback throughout the swing.
Low Resin Content (L.R.C.) Prepreg
Our Low Resin Content (L.R.C.) Prepreg, with up to 15% more carbon fiber and 13% less resin than traditional prepregs allows us to create a higher density of carbon fibers without adding additional weight. The Result: Added strength with enhanced feel.
Ultra Light Weight Materials
Mitsubishi's expertise in creating thousands of versions of carbon fiber and resin combinations gives us the ability to create unique high-performance materials designed to deliver exactly what our engineers require to make our ultra-lightweight, high-performance shafts.
Boron Fiber is equivalent in stiffness to high modulus carbon fiber with superior compression strength. As a result, Boron Fiber is often utilized for structure reinforcement most notably in military applications.
