Tour Spec Golf’s Trade In services
The Tour Spec Golf trade in service is a convenient and quick way for people to trade in their used Japanese golf clubs toward purchases at TourSpecGolf.com.
1. Be sure to review our Trade Rules, make sure the golf clubs you want to trade qualify. The total amount of trade club value must not exceed the value of your new order.
2. Simply fill out the online Trade In form below and wait for a reply from a TSG specialist to help you with the trade in and your order.
3. After your order is processed, You will receive a Trade Confirmation Number via e-mail. Print and place your Trade Confirmation Number on the shipping box.
4. We will issue credit for your trade in clubs within five (5) business days of receiving your trade.
Trade Rules
1. We accept trade ins from ALL our customers WORLD WIDE.
2. Trades will only be accepted toward the purchase of golf clubs sold on TourSpecGolf.com of equal or more value.
3. Only products purchased through TourSpecGolf.com within the last 6 months will be eligible for trade in. (Certain situations will be acceptable, so please ask.)
4. We will estimate the value of your trade in based on your pictures & confirm the value after inspecting the golf club.
4. All products must be in perfect working order. If your trade club has any of the following characteristics, it will NOT be accepted:
– Club rattling
– Dents
– Chips
– Any non-factory alterations (other than grips or custom clubs ordered from TourSpecGolf.com)

5. Clubs with the following characteristics will be accepted with a deduction based on the extent of damage:
– Non-factory installed shafts (Custom clubs not purchased through TourSpecGolf.com
– Bag wear or shaft burn

6. The customer is responsible for shipping and any shipping incurred if the trade in club is not acceptable based on the rules.
7. Golf to Impress Inc / Tour Spec Golf reserves the right to refuse ANY club deemed unacceptable.
Trade In Condition Guide
