Out of Bounds – Japanese Beef Photos

Last night Master Sasaya took me out to dinner at our favorite Yakiniku place in Ikebukuro 10 minutes from the Gold’s Factory HQ by Taxi and this place never fails it’s all about quality at a maniac level all meats are market price they have regular, special, and special special grades with the cows name and lineage. You know it’s good when the beef is more white than red.

Favorite dishes are the Waygu Sushi instead of fish on rice its a nice fatty piece of warm nearly raw meat,  another is uni wrapped in Kobe Beef it simply melts in your mouth oh ya and at least a dozen beers between the two of us. Enjoy the photos after the Jump…

    Oh man… These Japan steaks vs American steaks speaks volumes in the quality!  Another reason why I trust JDM for sure!

    This is actually quite common in Japan. If you go to high quality meat butcher or Yakiniku you can find it easily.
