It’s always exciting when a new lineup of clubs hits the scene, and ONOFF has just released their Kuro 2026 series. This collection, from the driver down to the irons, is designed with a focus on advanced technology and a clean, refined aesthetic. Let’s take a closer look at what each club in the family has to offer.
ONOFF Driver Kuro 2026
For those looking for a new driver, the Kuro 2026 features a high-rigidity sole plate and Power Trench technology, which is engineered to transfer energy efficiently. The face is designed to expand the rebound area, which helps with performance on shots hit lower on the face. With a high Moment of Inertia (MOI), the club is intended to promote a smooth and repeatable swing. The club also uses a high-rigidity carbon crown to help lower the center of gravity.
ONOFF Fairway Arms Kuro 2026
The Fairway Arms Kuro 2026 is designed for consistent performance from the fairway. It incorporates the high-rigidity sole plate and Power Trench technology to help with ball speed. A rounded leading edge is included to help the club move smoothly through the turf. The face’s laser milling pattern is varied to help with spin and direction on different parts of the face.
ONOFF Utility Wings Kuro 2026
The Utility Wings Kuro 2026 is a versatile club intended to offer a balance of power and precision. It combines a high-strength maraging steel cup face with a high-rigidity sole plate to help with rebound performance. The club’s face also features a laser milling pattern for consistent spin, and its rounded leading edge is designed for a clean interaction with the ground.
ONOFF Forged Iron Kuro 2026
The Forged Iron Kuro 2026 is crafted for feel and control. It has a hollow construction with a special material inside to create a soft feel at impact. The sole is designed to glide through the turf. The Full Core Groove face is engineered to improve rebound performance and expand the rebound area for stability on off-center hits. The face also has a cross-hatch laser milling pattern to help with consistent spin.
The Shared Technologies
Across the lineup, there are some shared technologies. The CBT shafts, developed with DAIWA’s carbon technology, are designed to stabilize the clubhead through impact. The ONOFF GR grips, a collaboration with STM, feature a subtle carbon embossed pattern for improved grip. Finally, the Cross Balance Technology (X CBT) allows for weight adjustment by swapping screws on the head and grip, providing a way to fine-tune the club’s balance. The Trajectory Control System (OTCS) on the metalwoods and irons also allows for weight and trajectory adjustments to match a player’s preferences.
