The new X-Blade 901 from Tourstage for 2009 is a compact blade featuring minimal offset and a lower center of gravity focusing on feel and workability. The 901 is a unique hybrid forging. A forged cylindrical bar with titanium insert is forged right into the muscle of the iron. This is to enhance the soft feel. The 901 is geared towards to scratch to low handicapper looking for traditional lofts and control, workability and feel. The new X-Blade is available with Dynamic Gold shafts and Nippon NS Pro. The standard set includes 5-PW with 2, 3, 4 irons available at an extra charge. A limited number of sets of the 901 blade were produced and once they are sold out they will not be available again. The demand has been very high in Japan and the 901 Blades are sold out at most retailers. TSG has only one set left 3-PW S200.
