A local shop that on occasion gets JDM on trade in has a 10* Yamaha V425 tour. Does anyone have any feedback on this head and stock Ahina shaft? Is it like the smaller Jbeam heads where sub 100 mph swing speeds need not apply?

thats Last yrs one, yes its bloody fantastic club
it ccs at 415 ish very good evolution form the previous models ,
and 10* i just perfect for this head, the 9* is a bit o n the very low side..
the 10* looks so much more inviting to hit and hit well with confidence.
the 9* gets a bit on the GULP side if u dont get it perfect i found it slices a lot.
the ahina stock is superb in it as well
if its in good nick def get it.
oh SS 100 mph shouldnt be be an issue witht the 60s

Make sure your buying Yamaha Tour stuff because you want to work the ball more or you get along better with smaller lower trajectory heads. I see a bunch of people buy them because they are limited and or have "tour" written on them. Big mistake as these are not for the average golfer.
