Hi I'm new to the game and recently ordered a new driver from Golfsmith. I paid extra for 2nd day air freight. It's now been ten days and they haven't sent my club. I've been calling every day and they're very polite and they seem sincere. "Oh yes", they say, "they have the club in stock and they absolutely promise to send it out today". But they never do. Seems the guys in sales can't find any way to compel the guys in shipping to actually send the club out.
Anybody else had problems with Golfsmith?
