OK, I admit it. I've tried everything for the quick fix. I bought this on the 30 day trial for $14.95 and ended up keeping it.

I only play golf regularly during the winter months when I'm in Florida. I'd get into groove and then have to put my clubs down for extended periods of time with no chance to get to the range. I'd always come back with the same problems. I now use it a few times a week for about 10 minutes to keep me in a groove.

I like this training aid because you use your own clubs. I also have no problem wearing it in public, in fact most people want to try it because they see me grooving shot after shot.

The power connection will only let you bring the club back as far as you are physically able. I could definitely feel the power connection helping me to release the club at the proper point. It also has improved my tempo, I think thats the biggest plus. Its helped me be relaxed and not tense up my muscles.

Bottom line is my 5 iron swing speed went up 12 miles per hour and I'm hitting my irons better than ever with more distance and accuracy. In fact I feel if I can hit an iron off the tee to the 150 yard mark, I use an iron off the tee. No fear with the long irons. My index when down 6 in only the couple of months I've had it and used it (in the teens)

The only thing I miss is all the cash I'm losing in skins from not getting the extra shot on a few of the holes.

Highly recommended from this ho.
