It's pretty clear that Tiger left Butch and Butch has made it clear that his door is always open to Tiger. Now Butch is laughing all the way to the bank. Personally I think with all the hype lately about Adam Scott's swing being better than Tiger just gave him all kinds of confidence. His balls just swoll up 3 sizes and it's translating on the course. Now why won't Tiger call Butch? I think it's obvious, he's worried people giving Butch as much credit for his game as him. You never hear about Jack's swing coach, yet with Tiger everyone talks about Butch. Especially now that his swing is out of whack, if he goes to Butch now, then everyone credits Butch for fixing Tiger's swing. I see why Tiger is doing it, but personally I think he should just get over it and call Butch anyway.

I don't think BUtch getting credit is the issue.,..the story is that after Butch started coaching the entire PGA tour and doing all those ads...Tiger began to feel that Butch was a distraction to his preparation at the Majors.....
Really good for TIger to move on....irrespective of whether Butch is the best coach or not....He has won not because he has always had his best swing all the time....he has not... In the long run this will be the best thing Tiger ever did...if anything at all, this should tell Tiger that, he needs to figure things out himself....what if Butch died?

You guys have short memories. Back then, Jack Grout got at least as much credit as Butch does now.
