What's in the Bag?:
1W : Epon EMB 10deg
4+ : RC BBD type H
7 : RC BBD type H
4-PW : TS X-blade CB / BS J33 blade
52/56/60 : Fourteen v3
Putter : Bett 3 slot Dass site dot (CHIII)
Ball : BS 330S

I bought the GS-CB irons (4-PW) and a set of the wedges 52, 56 and 60. I shafted the 4-PW with NS 1050G and the wedges in NS1150.The length is 38" on 5 iron....woulda liked it shorter at 37.75.

First Impressions
Looks - Simply beautiful. The headsize was much bigger than I expected.
My previous irons were TS-Xblade CB1...and it's a tad bigger than that.
I would say in between the TS-ViQ forged and the CB.
Because of the headsize, the 38" (5i) did not feel too long.
(I still wish the head was a tad smaller) Top lines are much thinner than the TS CB.
All the lines are very clean with minimal offset which I like.

The wedges just look excellent. Simple, clean, and looks like it will work on any lie.
You can open the face up and still be comfortable.

I only got one round in.....in heavy rain. (today)
Because of the rain, the wedges are already getting spots. (grrr)
Also noticed that the silver paint fill is coming off.

My mis**ts are on the toe, and I hit plenty of those today on the first nine.
Sweetspot is relatively large on this, so was not penalized that much.
On back nine, I was more feeling comfortable with the irons and were hitting
it flush. When you hit it on the sweet spot, it's nothing I have felt before.
Very very soft. (Not mushy). And like everybody here, I have hit many many JDM clubs before. This is one of the best in terms of feel.

Trajectory :
Medium-medium high trajectory. A bit higher than my previous CB...which is kinda odd,
but since I am a low ball hitter, it's all good. Maybe I was hitting a bit higher than normal due to the condition. I never played in a rain this bad... the course wouldn't offer me a rain check so decided to play on. (i was still on the 3rd tee when it started to rain hard...but was able to get 27holes in. Everyone on the course left, and my wife and I were the only ones were out there. 3.5hrs for 27holes. Not bad.)

The distance control was also superb. Very consistant.

Also, this was my first time on the AF901 22deg Machline (SR). Couldn't hit it at all. Dunno why. Considering going back to my 7w.

So, all in all, I am very very satisfied with my purchase of my GS-CB and the performance of this club. Love to try out the GS-MB someday to compare the two. (IMG:style_emoticons/TSG_Smileys/atsg_smilie_roll.gif)

Anybody else with a GS-CB out there ?
Love to hear ya feedback.

Cheers.

Wonderful feedback! Thin topline and minimal offset with some forgiveness and awesome feel. Sounds great. Let us know to how those wedges play. (^_^)
