As im in my mid 30,s im looking at getting into some form of fitness regime to add strength and flexability to my muscles.
Athough i used to use the gym frequently in my younger years i dont think ive really trained the muscles related to the golf swing just the ones that make you look good on the beach.

So now is the time to get wise and start to make things easier in the long haul.

Questions are can you guys share your views on whats out there DVD,s books, any input really that will help me see this through.

thanks

Core muscle exercises, circuit training plus either yoga or pilates or both. Circuit training burns calorie, improves cardiovascular and strength at the same time. Core muscle exercises and yoga/pilates improve balance and help with the lower and upper back, etc.
