TM Japan showed off a new Japan only XR line and its new Burner. The new XR driver which looks square from the bottom appears round still at address.

LOL... I was expecting to see some skull stampings on the next pic. The newer designs are definitely not the traditional gentleman's game type of equipment. They're more of the cigarettes and beer type. John Daly should be gaming these. I kid I kid...

A bit of a different look. I would pay to have someone put the R7 Forged and Superquad next to these and then ask the designers 'What were you thinking?'

I am genuinely curious to see how these do on the market in Japan though.

those you beyond weird, in fact they go beyond odd into the realm of......bizarre? yes I think that covers it. Wonder why the weird silvery head color on the woods when everything in the US is black(a much more appealing color imo)

I still have their R7 Tp set as my winter gamers and these irons are more than 1.5 years old now and still haven't been replaced by a successor - so you're not telling the whole truth and nothing but the truth here :)
