I really like these, I consider them a mid size players CB and suggest them to any high single digit player to 15hcp player.

The feel is soft, Its done with progressive cavity depth and tungsten inserts, of course only endo can manufacture complicated design like this.

Its heavy tooling to get the complicated forged design, not CNC milling in the cavity, anyone can do that.

Chris, thanks for the insight. I have been told these clubs are geared for the same player as one who would use the Tourstage ViQ Forged irons but the only difference is that the younger player in there 20's and 30's use the Tourstage products while the older player likes the Mizuno products better. Any truth to that?

This could very well be true as we were playing Mizuno forged irons before Tourstage came on the scene strong and appeal to the younger players. Mizuno players (like Honma of yester years) also display certain loyalty too perhaps Miz was the big daddy of forged/player's irons in Japan for the longest time.

Chris,
In your opinion, between this JPX Mizzy and the TS Forged VIQ's of 2007, which club would you suggest to a 18 handicaper who wants to push and improve, but not get to beat up. Would they be equal in feel & forgiveness? What would you consider the main differences??? Of all the newer offerings these two would be lovely to see in my bag one day... The ViQ forged has less offset and feels very soft, It sets up great! Both mid size players cavity backs I call it and both produced with tungsten weights inside the sole, yet its a 1 piece forging. (IMG:http://www.tourspecgolf.com/forum/style_emoticons/TSG_Smileys/tsg_smilie_laugh.gif) Only Endo can produce forged clubs in this manner.

Im hitting the JPX right now, its everything i want and then some, Some will complain about it having a bit more offset than others but im more addicted to the feel and forgiveness than anything else.

Chris,

From looking through the 2007 show pics, it seems that even the short irons have the tungsten weights. How is the trajectory on the short irons?

Tough call between these and the 2007 ViQ forged. I like the simple look of the ViQ, but while the Mizuno has a bit more going on visually, it looks well thought out, and very well executed.
