This year Tourstage was sporting their new X-Drive and VIQ series clubs. They had a variety of prototypes in different shapes and sizes next to the retail models. The new X-Wedge was just released and their new FW's too Also a new 460cc ultra forgiving VIQ driver has been released for the average player vs the DEEP model. Tourstage has also released their new X-01R4 ball which is one of only a few 4 layer balls on the market.

Thanks Chris,

I was hoping for a prototype iron that I missed while browsing, but the VIQ irons look good, and the new woods look solid as well (IMG:http://www.tourspecgolf.com/forum/style_emoticons/TSG_Smileys/atsg_smilie_tourstage.gif)

the thread I was waiting for, thank you very much Chris.

as is the case every year, I will have to ask, any word on the mr-23 line? it seems as though they have gotten away from Maruyama's own stuff, I saw in the latest issue of golf style, they have Shigeki playing a 460P even though it has the red paint on the bottom like the regular 460, as well as the full face scoring lines. there were no mr-23 wedges this december like there usually is either!

thanks though, will have to give the new x-01 a try, I loved the x-01h

Nothing on the MR-23 line, I guess they are waiting for him to win? Yes you gotta try the new X-01 balls world of difference vs what we play here. Super Newig is also all the rage in japan. X-Blade GR looks pretty good too.
