> Posting a Review

Please keep the review section clean by only posting detailed reviews about specific clubs. We would like to ask you to keep club VS club threads in either the Import or Tour & Domestic categories depending on the products make and model. Please include the golf club you intend to reviews name and shaft into your review as well as your personal swing characteristics. We would like to keep the TourSpecGolf review section simple and easy to read so members can find what they need quickly.

Had a chance to play these today for the first time. Shafts are Nippon 1050 R at D-2 SW. I was quite impressed. The head/shaft combination launches the ball on a nice mid trajectory. Best thing about them is the little "click" that you hear and feel at impact. Very subdued but you can definately tell when you've hit a good shot. The overall size is certainly larger than most "players" CB's but not overly so. I usually prefer a more compact profile particularly in my short irons but these didn't bother me a bit. I had no trouble "picking" them off some really tight lies I found myself in. I really only mis**t one iron shot all day and that was a nine iron that I hit fat (my fault entirely). I was impressed and I really liked them.

Update: Still loving them. Great distance and trajectory with the Nippon shafts. Very unique feel; more of a solid "click" at impact than the typical forged feel. Takes a little getting used to but I like it.

Sure will. Our club has been closed due to snow, but will post some pics as soon as possible. I have a brand new Technity 3 wood and a 460 driver with the new Rombax shaft and have not been able to hit either one due to poor weather conditions. However, I am heading to Phoenix for a week at the end of this month and should be able to do some really good testing.
