Got this club on Ebay for $55, don't know too much about it. I'm just experimenting different kinds of 4 woods. Thanks.

Pics? The "LB" series is late 80's early 90's. Came with the titanium carbon shafts which were light years ahead of it's time. In fact out of curiosity I put a 4 star Titanium carbon S1 shaft in a BB04 3 wood just last month. Still very good despite being a dozen year old technology. R1 will be a softish regular, be careful when tipping. The Titanium strands seem to really stiffen up quick when tipped.

I have a Honma Twin Marks Dual Attack 3 wood from the same era. Didn't really like the shaft (no stronger than a wet noodle), however I have re-shafted it and now it is my gamer.

The quality of the heads is just sensational! :tsg_smilie_cool:

Jack,
The dual attack came about 10 years later. That is approximately 15 generations of clubs if you use the TM model.

The LBs have benn on closeout for the longest time at the local Honma dealer (15 years on closeout). I think they are $20 new with Hagane steel and $30 new with the Titanium Carbon shafts. The shafts alone are worth it IMHO

Thanks xxio. My 3 wood has great shape and feel, and I've yet to see anything that would come close to knocking it out of the bag :tsg_smilie_cool:
