Please keep the review section clean by only posting detailed reviews about specific clubs. We would like to ask you to keep club VS club threads in either the Import or Tour & Domestic categories depending on the products make and model. Please include the golf club you intend to reviews name and shaft into your review as well as your personal swing characteristics. We would like to keep the TourSpecGolf review section simple and easy to read so members can find what they need quickly.

I just read that Davis Love III Is using this shaft due to the shock damping characteristics. I know golf digest says he uses project x but when have they been up to date. Any one try the tour series?

I have looked into these as well, but the company does not seem to be too organized at this point. Their only dealer in my area was Play It Again Sports.....not exactly where I go to get my golf gear. They appear to have only iron shafts at this point, and I wasn't able to get much info from their website.

I was chatting with my club builder buddy and he showed me the shafts which have a very nice black color to them. Apparently people think they are graphite so they are going to change to a more satanized coloration like project X uses. One thing he did say, as I was contemplating sticking these in my backup set just to try, they make tour concept shaft look almost affordable. I'm thinking maybe just one iron to try out to satify my curiousity. I keep reading where they are coming out with a driver but have yet to see that has happened.

Golf Works has both shafts in their catalog and online. The black shaft and a "Tour" shaft. Pricey.

Yeah guys I know they are pricey & I know where to get them, but if they wern't pricey, the would have no appeal to HOs like us. No one try them yet?
