You may not be able to get a hold of one of these drivers at least not anywhere in north america. I belive the COR of this driver exceeds the USGA limits so its not sold here due to that violation. However, if you like the shape and design of that driver, Callaway is coming out with the BB Fusion FT3 driver. It is going to be realeased to the public sometime in june. It has already become a favourite on tour for some time now and features Callaway's largest head size yet at the max 460. It also has a cleaner look at adress then did its older and smaller counterpart and has more precise weight ditribution options ( can be distributed to 0.02 inch of accuracy). The FT3 looks nearly identical to the HOT driver in design. :callaway:

They don't look the same at all IMO, the Hot looks visually bigger and the shape is different. They have the HOT H/S model also and thats like a pro series model. Callaway claims the HOT has the Hottest face in golf.

I have the ERC hot 10*. I looks very similar to the FT-3. But that is where the similarities end. It has a slight draw bias and is very loud at impact. The ball really jumps off the face. Even mis**ts go a long way.

The stock JV 55 shaft (stiff) is not very good - way too soft and flexible. I had to replace with fujikura speeder shaft.

All in all I like the club. Consistent and sets up well at impact.
