I purchased a Cobra SS 5 wood late this past season. I like it a lot. For me the relatively shallow face makes it easy to use off the deck and I have no problems using it off the tee. It also plays quite easily from moderate rough. The hypersteel head has a very solid feel.
I don't have a lot of experience with different fairway woods. I can only say I find the Cobra much easier to play than the TightLies II. And they knocked some Ping I 3 lookalikes out of my bag. Steve |
