Yamaha introduces their all new D UT for the 2011 season. Always one of the best selling UT's in Japan, the D UT features max ease of use and optimal distance and control.
The new utility also features the Dual Fric Off sole which really helps it excel in all lies. Fricoff reduces friction with the ground allowing for increased swing speeds and better impact.
The UT like the D FW features the high maraging face and SUS630 body.
The D UT features a higher CG than the previous generation creating a more penetrating controlled launch.
The CG is also variable, starting lower in the 19* and higher in the 22 and 25*.
The shafts also feature 0.75" between each loft unlike the usual 0.5". The shorter shaft allows for more control and straighter shots.
Available in 19 22 and 25* lofts with MX-511u graphite shaft in R SR and S flexes.
