Srixon Japan introduces the all new Z-Star XV for the Japanese market. The Z-Star XV is made for unparalleled distance performance. It features the thinnest cover at 0.3mm (vs 0.5mm on other Z-Star models) and the largest core at 40.1mm diameter of all the Z-Star series balls creating maxium rebound and energy transfer. The XV focuses on low spin performance and maximum aerodynamics with 324 dimples on its outer cover. The new core is a super high repulsion EGG (Energetic Gradiant Growth) core remade for 2010 and the XV specifically. While the larger core creates low spin and max carry. The outer cover creates spin on approach shots with very soft feel and maximum control. Compression wise, the XV is between the Z-star and Z-Star X but has more distance focus than both the standard Z-Star and Z-Star X. Currently in the bag of Japanese Pro Ryo Ishikawa. The XV is for the faster swinger looking for even more distance off the tee without sacrificing control or spin around the greens. Available in white or royal green. Price is for a case of 12 balls. |
