Nike Japan introduces the Japan market Machspeed Round Driver. The all new SQ Machspeed STR8-Fit Driver is designed to optimize aerodynamics throughout the entire swing path. This allows players to generate higher swing speeds than any other previous Nike driver. Combined with Nike's STR8-Fit adjustable face technology, the result is explosive distance with stability and control.

STR8-FIT offers 8 different face angle options +2* open to +2* closed allowing players to easily adjust their shot shape.

The Japanese market wanted a premium forged driver from Nike and prefer the round shape to the square so the Machspeed Round driver is made in Japan and features a 460cc Forged VL Titan Face matched with a high grade KS100 Titanium Forged Body. The 9.5* driver has a standard face angle of 1.0* open while the 10.5* is standard square face. The standard length for the Machspeed Round is 46" in length.

The Machspeed Round has a stock SQ510DJ shaft made by Mitsubishi. The shaft is available in 3 flexes as follows:
Regular: up to 90mph
Stiff/Regular: up to 95mph
Stiff: 100mph or over

The Machspeed Round is also available with several upgrade shafts to suit the more demanding player and faster swinger including the Tour AD GT-6, DI-5 DI-7, Ilima 60, Ilima 70 and Motore Speeder VC6.1 and 7.1 (all upgrade shafts are stiff flex).
