Gold's Factory USA recently produced a special one of a kind putter for a golf magazine photo shoot. The putter was hand crafted by Master Sasaya from the best steel found in Japan. The head is made of Japan Industry Standard JIS SUS303 Steel which is also known to be called GSS (German Stainless Steel which is in fact sourced from Japan) in tour putters from Scotty Cameron. The face insert also uses a very expensive German Silver Premium Zone Milled face. This is actual German steel that is used to make expensive watch parts in premium pieces like Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin and Audemars Piguet. The head features three high grade Japanese tungsten weights with silver and gold plugs. Two in the face and one in the heel. The sole of the putter features intricate engravings done by Master Sasaya of a Japanese Koi (gold fish) and Sakura (cherry blossoms). The paintfill is a very complicated gradient blue for the Koi. The putter is finished in a not reflective flat gray finish with the same finish on the sole except polished.
