Many golfers today are looking for wedges with non conforming square grooves to produce maximum spin. Geotech has decided to release their Forged Bite wedge with non conforming grooves for those amateur and recreational golfers who don't need conforming grooves for competition play.
The new Forged Bite is tear drop shaped and features a straight neck. Sharper square grooves bite the ball for maximum spin. The grind is similar to the Special Forged featuring a cresenct style M grind for trailing edge relief. The face is sandblasted to for additional friction and grab.
Forged in Japan, the Forged Bite is sold as heads only in 50/5 52/5 56/10 and 58/10 lofts. The hosel size is 0.370 parallel.
