Epon Forged introduces its all new AF-151 Driver for 2010. The AF-151 is completely manufactured using Super Precision Forging using a High Intensity Titanium Alloy. The conforming AF-151 has a shallower face height than the previous generation AF-101 and a deeper center of gravity as well as more MOI for greater forgiveness.
The AF-151 with its new design and forged 4 piece variable thickness face has superior feel and sound at impact and creates very high ball speeds coupled with low spin for an optimal trajectory and great distance performance. Two channels on the sole dubbed Alien Eyes by Epon help create balance and stability on off center shots.
The AF-151 targets mid to lower handicappers looking for a balance of control, distance and forgiveness in a wondeful feeling package.
The standard length of the AF-151 is 46" in order to maximize performance. The standard 194.5g head comes out at approximate D0-D1 with standard Mach Line Proto 5350 shaft.
The head weight of the AF-151 can be adjusted up to 10g heavier in order to accomodate shorter club lengths, different shafts and higher swing weights.
